I have worked for Bluebird Care Shropshire for over 4 years and I can honestly say I love my job and couldnt think of a better company to work for! Everyone is kind, caring and professional. There are plenty of opportunities for progression and regular meetings and supervision to ensure that staff are happy and content in their work, with real emphasis on a good work life balance. Management are caring and supportive of staff and go out of their way to make you feel valued and appreciated. I love the thoughtful little things they do, such as little treats or goodies, it really does make you feel appreciated! It really is like being in a big family and colleagues will often go out of their way to help you. I find my work exceptionally rewarding and I have met so many wonderful inspiring people. I wouldnt want to do be doing anything else!

Bluebird is an excellent and lovely company to work for. I have been here for almost four years now. Staff are friendly and always at hand to help and assist in any way they can. They respect and value their staff just as much as our customers. We all share and work towards the same common goal - which is to improve not only our work ethic and work practices, but the lives of those we work with.

I joined Bluebird as a Carer in November last year and have been treated very well from both the Company and the Clients. Bluebird Care is a professional caring, compassionate organization and so far, I am enjoying learning from them in order to care 100% for the people I assist. I would highly recommend anyone looking for Care Work, to contact Bluebird Care, you won't be disappointed!

I work for Bluebird Care and have done for some considerable years. I find this company well led, well run, fantastic communication within staff, open door policy at all times. Bluebird care about their staff's wellbeing and have regular contact to check in on us and at all other times we can contact them if needed. I have found them very supportive to all of us as carers. We have regular training to bring us up to date. There are opportunities within Bluebird to gain further qualifications, NVQ's and caring certificates, furthering opportunities within our team and move up the caring ladder. I am an older member of the team and I would encourage anyone of any age, who wants to go into caring, check us out, we are a great company to work for Currently, the team I work with are second to none. They are friends to me and I can rely on them, both in and out of the work environment. We get along and when working together maintain a friendly, caring, professional role. I love my job as a carer and Bluebird encourages me to encapsulate every aspect of what I feel is caring within the community.
