        Wife tried some trainers on. Undecided, so came home but then 'phoned to ask that they be reserved so she could pay and collect the next morning. A pleasant lady confirmed she would reserve them. Wife returned the next day, at which time the fat lady on the check-out desk advised they had been sold; she was very dismissive with my wife and didn't even apologise.

        Waited two weeks for delivery to store. During that time I phoned the store twice, nowhere on the site does it say it's a premium rate phone number but I now have a bill for nearly 4
