        I got this company to make some items for my daughter wedding septemebr 2016. Paid thousands of pounds. After the wedding they were to delivery the items back to our house as agreed. However after the wedding they were tired and said that they would take it back and drop them off at a later date. I agreed. Spoke with David and Bridget several times after who promissing me that they will deliver the items before my daughters 1st wedding anniversary which was 4/9/17 and now its coming up to two years they dont seem to be replying to my emails nor returning my phone call and we still dont have the items we paid for. The Pergola; approx 800 4 chairs, Japanese low stools, box 1600. I hope they respond and delivery the items before September 2018.

        I've ordered tree tops, paid upfront, waited for a delivery for several weeks only to receive a wrong order. Sent a few emails, left messages for the company to exchange the items and heard nothing so far. I've got the product I did not want and they have my money. Not a professional service!
