The price for 18 holes is 12 (as of 16/05/2022) which is exceptionally good value. The bunkers aren't great, but considering the price it is understandable.
Fairways are good, the greens are okay but there are quite a few pitch marks that people don't seem to repair.
The first 9 holes, which you play twice for the 18, are good with enough difficulty to challenge beginners and mid handicappers. The last 3 holes used for the 12 hole version are good little par 3's.
The only improvement I can really think of is just a little bit more TLC on the course (bunkers etc.) but other than that it is great.
