        Brought a car recently. 11 days of having I Had a tyre which was very low on tread and should of at least had a advisory on MOT Was barely legal. Salesman wasnt very helpful and wouldnt help with cost of a tyre. Now having to pay for another tyre. Wouldnt buy from here again. Just wanted to make others aware. Just be careful when using them.

        Was suppose to go down today at 2.30 to purchase a car, rang them to let them know I was on my way for them to tell me they had just sold it 10 mins ago..... they have completely wasted my time!!! I shall never even consider these again

        Great place very professional. Yet so friendly. Luke made us feel so relaxed. A great guy what a great roll model for the company. 1st time I used Baylham autos will 100% be using them in the future. Thanks luke

        Worst customer service I ever seen. The salesman was too busy having his breakfast rather than presenting the car to us and he even allowed us to test drive it on our own so he can have his toast and cereals. Oh and the whole paperwork took ages and they lied about the finances and APR. We ended up claiming our deposit money back. Never wanna hear about this place again.
