Gavin recently facilitated at The Go Plant Fleet Services Lead to Greatness Day in Leicester. We had a diverse group of managers together, for what was possibly the first time, and the challenge was set! Gavin did an amazing job of bringing everyone together on this first step of our journey, he's inspirational, funny, informative and gave us a wonderful day. We all took a lot away from the day which is great for using when briefing our own teams. I'd thoroughly recommend Gav for your event. He brings people together on a journey and to have all 45 managers on board and on message by the end of the day was nothing less than inspirational. Thank you Gavin!

Fantastic customer service day with Gavin at Loaf Training. I have been on many courses over the years but can honestly say that this was the best. If you are thinking about booking for your staff, don't hesitate. The course was really enjoyable, engaging and we all came away buzzing!
