going on personal experience this was the worst car from a dealer I have ever bought in 40 years and the whole process of getting it repaired made me ill, please never buy a car without test driving it and knowing what your getting into, when things go wrong with a vehicle this is when you find out how good the dealer/garage really are please beware.

I have bought 2 cars from Pro Cars, the 1st car was my daughters 1st car and has been faultless. This led me to purchase my car from the same place. On purchasing the car the window motor broke which is no fault of Pro Cars. Charles from Pro Cars has been so helpful and patient in ensuring that my dealings with the warrant company were smooth. Unfortunately, my own repair garage had messed me around in regards to the repair, luckily Charles again came to my rescue and took the pressure off by ensuring the dealings and payments with the warranty company went through smoothly. I would have no hesitation in recommending Pro Cars as the cars are reliable and the after care is excellent which does not happen with a lot of car sales companies.

DO NOT LET THE WARRANTY WIN YOU OVER!!! Purchased a car which had countless amounts of problems including a faulty gearbox, loads of deleted engine fault codes. Contacted the owner an hour after purchasing the car he wouldnt entertain me, was just extremely rude to me. The best thing that can happen for this company is for him to close the doors! Please please please do not buy a car from here, there is plenty of good car dealers locally.

Very happy to give a 5 star review after the customer service from Charles at Procars. Contacted him Wednesday about a car I liked to change with my car, everything very smooth received my car today (Friday) excellent definitely would let other people know.
