Just been to visit Scarletts new premises in Battlesbridge to get some advice about replacing an old rope liner for our C6 woodburner. Mel, as always, couldn't do more for us. We have used Mel & Jason for nearly 20 years to install new woodburners and stoves. The quality of their workmanship, customer service & products is consistently outstanding. They have regularly dropped everything last minute to come and help us out where other providers have let us down, and respond immediatelyif something needs looking at. You will not find better service and support than with Scarletts!

I am so happy with our new fire. We should have changed our open fire to a log burner years ago. The service and fitting of the fire by Scarlett's could not have been done any better. From the discussion with them over which burner size we should have, the explanation of what they would be doing and why it was being done that way, to the removal, fitting, and making good of everything to do with our burner. Every person we dealt with was professional and answered any questions we had. Scarlett's even called us a week later to make sure we are happy with the burner and work that had been done. Overall, the whole experience was brilliant right from the start. I will be recommending Scarlett's to anyone looking to fit a new log burner. I cannot praise them enough.
