Rubbish...very disappointing. I would not use again. I have yet to receive product that has been dispatched and there seems to be no way of finding out where it now is. It deserves 0 stars not 1

After weeks trying to get a return address, and spending 12 on dhl shipment back, these crooks are now claiming not having received the DHL tracked delivery (with photo!) who confirm delivery to the very address they gave me! It takes WEEKS to get any response (if you get one at all), and they just delay and delay, and avoid any kind of service especially if it involves refunds!! AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!

This place doesn't even deserve a 1 star but you have to put a star to comment??? simply because they are scammers, I ordered a hair straightener mid April and I got nothing no tracking number no reply just the money taken from my account and nothing. Sad that there are people in this world so cruel like that. Lesson learnt.

I bought two artificial hedges on Ebay from UK Home & Garden. They arrived in the wrong size, creased and scarce (you can see through the hedge, so it does not conceal anything when extended) not as promised on the description, the leaves were a fluorescent green. Before ordering, I had asked UK home & garden to confirm the size, but they never replied. Naive me, I ordered the hedges anyway. I asked for a refund, the seller does not reply. Fortunately Ebay will refund me after 8 days and pay the return postage as well. DO NOT BE CAUGHT AS I HAVE BEEN, AVOID! If I could give 0 star, I would, as one star is still too generous.
