These houses are build as quickly and cheaply as possible. So you end up with a house with 100 of snags some of them major and a customer services team overwhelmed and don't care. Charles church should focus on improving their standards but don't want to as they can get away with it while the director's are raking in the millions at our misery.

If these are built to the same standards as the houses in Alderton nr. Tewkesbury, don't buy one. The brickwork is absolutely atrocious.If i had laid bricks like this when i was working in construction i would have been sacked immediately. The internal walls are paper thin. The windows are useless.There is no way you can go out and risk leaving windows open as they have no top opening facility, This means if it does rain, anything on window sills is soaked. Overall i am glad i only rent my property. How these properties ever got NHBC approval is totally beyond me. Internal doors have dropped and are now misaligned,and when it's windy outside the doors rattle when shut due to bad fitting. The floors are uneven and have been repaired with self levelling compound so badly that there are ridges visible in the carpets.
