        Findley's of Cooden have recently taken over the management of our block of 24 flats. As directors, we have been so impressed with their professionalism and dedication. From our very first meeting Hannah and Natalie have given us their time and the benefit of their experience. From the moment our contract began, they have been busy addressing the many historical problems here and we can now see our way forward with a management company we trust. Natalie has an extensive legal knowledge and Hannah is very efficient and organised, getting quotes for works quickly. Both Hannah and Natalie were able to communicate clearly and authoritatively with leaseholders at our first meeting, whilst remaining friendly and approachable. Findley's of Cooden provide clear, easy to understand paperwork. Their financial procedures are transparent and informative. We are very pleased with our working relationship and look forward to working with them in the future.

        Findlays of Cooden are the management company for the block of flats that I live in. I have found them to be solution-focused,communicative, honest, reliable and very proactive. They took over from the previous management company and they couldnt be more different. They are helping us resolve so much.
