Tried ringing first to see if prescription was ready for my husband who has just come out of hospital no answer engaged or cutting me off. In the end I had to go up there and again all for nothing as they did not have the tablets I needed and think they may be in tomorrow. This is all getting beyond a joke and all the people in front of me could not get their tablets either this really needs sorting onto one up there seems to care

Prescriptions are never ready on time, no sense of haste or helpfulness to customers. Queues are always long out the door. Staff dont seem to respond to customer frustration at the constant delays and incompetence. Will have to find another pharmacy that actually care about people getting their medication on time

Terrible pharmacy run by uncaring staff. Failed to contact a family member regarding an unsigned prescription after a week of having it. When I arrived to pick up the much needed and already delayed medicine, I was told one couldn't be filled as it was not signed by the doctor. They had spkloken to family member Tuesday regarding this very prescription, telling them it would be available to pick up on the Wednesday. Why they couldn't state it had not been signed then is beyond me. Their response when I stated, politely I may add, that this was not ideal was to advise me that it was not their fault. Ah thats all right then! Someone's health may be critically affected due to a lack of already delayed medication, but that's ok, it's not your fault. I'd love to see their reaction in a similar circumstance, but I don't want to wish their level of service on anyone. I'd trust a troupe of untrained monkeys before I trust boots pharmacy with anything. Pathetic.
