Enjoyable sessions with excellent results - I had to train to pass a military standard fitness test. I thought it would be impossible. Within six weeks of doing two sessions a week I was at a level where I would pass. I was unable to take the test for a few more weeks and so did the introduction to running session once a week and hiit and run when I could. I smashed the test! One of the best things I have learnt is where my limits actually lie and that I can push myself mentally and physically far further than I thought possible. If you think you're not a runner try the introduction to running sessions or go out for a few private sessions (30, 45 or 60 mins are available). Chris makes small simple changes to your technique and helps you understand your breathing. I've discovered I quite like running and made new friends by going to his sessions. It's like a new family!
