I already had a bad review on this place and have now removed it because I was told to. I had nails done and the colour chipped off and the colour was not what I wanted. I went in ask for a compromise that be that they keep 10 and refund us 30 so they can removed them. They refused a refund and wasnt listening. We said Ill be back but with my dad so I came back 2 days later and they did it; however this is the disgusting part they told me we will do it but you have to remove your bad review. That shows that if I didnt remove it they wouldnt have done it. I removed it but Im putting one back up! Dont recommend this place at all Services: Acrylic nails, Manicure

I had shellac nails done here and they filed the edges of my nails so far down into the sides that they are now absolutely killing me now; so painful and also the skin is hot around 3 nails because I think the nails are pushing into the skin. First time I've ever been there; I usually go to a nail shop in Hastings and haven't ever experienced this issue before. Regret going here so much. Struggling to even type because of the pain in those fingers.
