Extremely unpleasant and unprofessional. The quality of the ironing is just ok, not excellent...mens shirt collars came back bent, etc. Most of all the owner is unprofessional and very rude. From the beginning it was never service with a smile at pickup or drop off (even when she didnt wear a mask, which was often). Although she was aware our front doorbell was not working (she had been told many times) and had my phone number she left without collecting the ironing and then rudely blamed us for not being home even though we were home. She wrote a rude email saying she wouldnt come again (even though we had given her very consistent business for 6 months and paid on time). She just seems like an angry and bitter person who doesnt care about customer service or keeping customers. In this day and age where so many businesses are excellent at customer service (I now use a wonderful company called Laundry Ninjas) why give someone like this any business. I am sure the response they post to this review will show they are unapologetic and constantly make excuses for being unpleasant and not getting the job done.

An excellent, efficient and reliable professional ironing and pressing company. The shirts, trousers and suit were finished to perfection and delivered back on hangers and protective covers. I will definitely be using the Time to Press again! A Big Thank You!
