Very disappointing. I had booked a room for my friend with the Pay at Property Option and they just deducted the amount from his account without any notice. And we requested for a refund and it been more than 17 days and there is no payment or valid response from their end. They are telling there is some technical issue but not revealing the exact thing. Am sure when we buy a product online or spent money online we definitely have the right to know the status of what we have spent. This is really irritating from the management side. I suggest not to book any rooms here.

I recently booked a stay at this hotel and chose the 'pay at property option. However, the hotel deducted the money from my account without my permission. I have been trying to contact them for 15 days to get my money back, but they are not responding properly. I am very disappointed with this behavior and would not recommend this hotel.
