I am a male with short hair, colouring did cost me 137.00 !! I wanted to have a light silver colour for my birthday I call and come before for a visit where the owner saw me look at my hair and did the allergy test, I asked if he think he can achieve the colours that I wanted and he said yes they colouring professionalsI went back a week later for the colouring, there was a lovely lady that did my hair and she was soo nice! I struggle to review this because she was fantastic customer service and kind! Anyway after burning my scalp my hair didnt reach the colour that I wanted instead of light silver I was a light blond I left but I wasnt happy so I went back and explain that I wasnt happy to the owner, he said ok we going to put another colours he put grey! Rather than silver and did make it very dark grey instead I said I am not happy either and he said oh well we cant achieve the colour that you want in one go. My question is. If I have a very short hair! My hair will grow is not a woman hair that you can come back to put more colours on! He didnt offer any discount or money back. Since then I keep receiving promotional texts often and I wont ever use them again! I think the staff are very sweet but the owner should have take responsibility or bring the money back or some sort of rather than left an unhappy customers knowing they didnt achieve what they promise and just cash 137.00 for a short man hair colouring. I have been thinking a lot before writing this review as I the ladies were very lovely People !! I could post photos of what I have asked and what I did get and anyone will underStand why of this review Service: Hair coloring
