I had some difficulty with the website and ended up ordering the wrong size of garden glove. But the customer service involved in getting them replaced was excellent. I returned the items (at my expense) and received the replacements almost immediately.

Excellent service. The Haighman boxers were as described, a perfect fit and certainly keep "The Crown Jewels" firmly but comfortably in place. Highly reccomended.

Not Impressed by the service and the product bought. Dye continues to come out of men's PJ's despite being prewashed before use, white bedlinen stained 'Pink' due to dye still coming out of Wine coloured product, also a chemical smell to fabric when wet.No interest shown by the supplier of this Harvey James product. In view of the Wine coloured one being so problematic the Navy Pair remained unopened and unused until a few weeks ago - still I suppose white cotton bottom fitted sheets with pink and blue blotches on could be classed as unusual, This product is now being discussed with the BTTG (British Textile Technological Group) with a view to analysis.
