        The lovely Mr Bob Scott saw and checked out my nearly 95 year old Mum this afternoon, having been 'sacked' by another local practice, due to her not having been for 2 years (mmm Covid has been 2 years, lets put this together and work out what is going on here!!) He was amazing at putting her at her ease, let alone leaving her feeling happy and confident to return again, no fear of the hygienist as he does the business we adore him as he did the same for me and my daughter starting nearly 20 years ago now, this was a recommendation by my husband who had been a happy patient for even more years than this we cannot recommend Mr Scott highly enough or the truly kind and wonderful team who support him at Mount Street, they are how other Practices need to be working!!
