        I took in an old laptop that just wouldn't turn on properly it was dead , i thought I'd lost all my photo's and data , Steve not only retrieved all my data and put everything on a back up stick but also replaced the main drive . It's now like having a new machine so fast and crisp ..... Thank you so much

        Was having some issues while rebuilding my PC after an upgrade. Firststrike provided quick and helpful advice walking me through troubleshooting the issue over the phone until the motherboard itself was found to be at fault. After getting a replacement Mobo from where I bought it, was able to get a successful boot. Thanks for the quick advice over the phone.
