Costa Coffee - Battle

Lovely customer service the nice girl whos there everyday made me a great coffee , would definitely come back again , always perfect, thanks guys !

Small Costa with not a lot of indoor seating. There is also a very limited selection of sandwiches and cakes - far less than most other Costa's I have been too. The staff were friendly enough, but the dark and dingy interior of this one made for a rather unwelcoming place to stop. Such a shame as am a big fan of Costa Coffee normally.

Consistently bad service. My daughter has clubs in Battle at 5pm on a couple of days a week. Every time without fail I go into this Costa, they have started shutting the cafe down by 5pm. They never have an oven to heat up their food, as its already been shut down & cleaned (which always makes me think how early they stop serving food) or they dont have ice for chilled drinks. The staff often act inconvenienced when you walk in after 5. On my last visit, there were 2 staff behind the counter. One was serving lady in front of me. The second just stood & watched, only interacting to tell me they werent doing food & were closing after we left. Bad service once or twice, I can understand. But its every time I try, which is unfortunate as I love Costa. In future, Ill try the little pub over the road.
