        Very positive experience - I only wanted a couple of items from a particular lot, and I needed them posted to me, yet the staff were very patient with my constantly changing requests - I lost count of the number of invoices they had to generate for me! A big shout out to Anne, who very kindly packed a fragile item extremely well and made multiple trips to the Post Office for me. Anne was the very model of excellent customer service, and the company as a whole were very efficient, so I wouldnt hesitate to highly recommend Burstow and Hewett (and Anne in particular!) - thank you for a really smooth auction experience!
