The Searson Family Funeral Service

I've never had to organise a funeral, I was lost, Debbie at searsons guided me through the entire process, nothing was too much to ask. Michelle was laid out beautifully and respectfully, with dignity. The whole team were amazing and I could not thank them enough for everything they did for me, to ensure I could give Michelle a funeral she deserved. The printed casket/coffins are incredible Michelle's was stunning and done with so much respect they really caught Michelle's passion for butterflies and angels, creating a screen that was truly magical. Andy created a services that we could all enjoy and celebrate Michelle's life with giggles and happiness again really catching Michelle's wishes and beliefs about funerals he was amazing and I can truly say anyone wanting a modern funeral go for searsons and ensure you get Andy I can't thank them enough for every ounce of help and support they gave me every step of the way ensuring Michelle really come through for her funeral created laughs tears and a stunning view for us with a picture coffins that lights up the room. From everyone of Michelle's family thank you to the season's family. We truly loved every second and can't thank you enough for everything xxx

Searsons dealt with the funeral of my partner Nicola,I must say that I was blown away with the level of attention to detail at all levels,right from the initial meeting,where the process was discussed what would happen, the next stage of decision making what would happen at the ceremony. The charges were made clear from the outset and they were willing to make changes to meet the budget we had. The staff were all compassionate on the regular occasions that I visited Nicola and explained that she may not look like she did in life and even gave me advance warning that she had to receive additional make up to ensure she was still looked OK. The staff gave great advice on the wording for the ceremony and blended the family's words brilliantly,which gave seamless wording. They also did a brilliant job with the orders of service,which everyone commented were brilliantly put together. On the actual day,the hearse and cars turned up early and the staff were very polite and welcoming,making a hard day easier. Andy was brilliant with his delivery of the service,everyone commented that there was the right level of humour,poignant words and engagement with those at the funeral. Some even commented I don't think I have laughed at a funeral,but Andys delivery made it a celebration of Nicolas life,rather than a sad event! Bonnie also gave me great advice when I advised that I couldn't find a suitable storage for Nicolas ashes,she advised of an alternative that wasn't on show in the shop and when I explained what would happen with the ashes,she offered alternatives that would be more practical,but still worked. She even ensured that we could have arrangements so that Nicola could come home when she was ready and come back with her ashes to be transferred to the finished container,which I think was a lovely touch. Finally Jasmine's flowers deserve a mention,the staff listened to what we wanted offered advice on what worked best and made sure it was all exactly what was required. This is the second time we have used searsons,after using for Nicolas Mum and I must say both times a difficult experience has been made a lot easier and stress and hassle free,I have no problems recommending Searsons and a 5 star review is definitely deserved,if I could give more I would! My mothers funeral was held in June . The Searson family in Havant took care of the funeral from start to finish . Andy spoke about my mum like he knew her .. I was blown away by this . I went to them after a recommendation and I was so glad that I did . Abby helped me and my sister through the process and always ready to help. I also arranged the flowers there and I was given good advice for the purchase . Planning my mums funeral was heartbreaking but these amazing people helped my and my sister so much . The order or service booklet was incredible too , Thankyou Searsons
