Buying a car from Havant car company has been a stress free and enjoyable experience. Max is not only very knowledgeable but also trustworthy. He is not pushy and does everything he can to make the experience straightforward and not forced. I would and will recommend them to everyone.

Zero stars if possible. Can only speak of my one experience with them, and Max that works there. I inquired about a car, Max told me it wasn't ready to view or sell as they just received it and it needed to go through the garage before any views. Max emailed me and stated he would inform me as soon as it's ready. I had the money to buy the car and also wanted to part ex my old vehicle. I didn't hear anything for 3 days, on the fourth day I checked Havants web page and saw the car had been reserved with a deposit. Emailed Max, and he stated a couple walked in and paid a deposit. And that he was going to email me to tell me it was sold. Which is useless. Judging by his lack of care, and responsibility I would not use this company. I'm not one to tar all the same, but to do this so freely, must not be worried about consequences, or company reputation. He has no care for his own word or what commitments mean. Edit: regarding your reply Max, as the owner, thank you for proving my point. If this is how you behave I can only imagine the poor example you set for others. I honestly can't believe you think it's acceptable for a business to disregard their word and go back on commitments they make. I'm glad I bought my new car from a main dealership. I'd hate to have to trust you to do any work on a vehicle of mine. Avoid 100%

Brilliant lads down there, Purchased My GLE from therm and have also sold them a few cars, no nonsense garage who do what they say, would have no problem using them again or recommending them to anyone
