Not normally one to complain, but after the response I received from a guy at head office about getting a refund, for extra keys I had cut for a lock that failed after a few weeks, then getting a replacement and that lock failing in less than a hour. I wouldn't trust a Ultion lock and because I've decided to use another lock, they won't give me a refund for the two extra keys I had cut. They would only replace the lock and extra keys if I had a lock again from them. But now I wouldn't trust my family safety and security with their locks. Terrible customer service. Please think before buying a Ultion lock. I only gave them 1 star because you can't give none.

Product is poor, customer service is even worse, I bought the Danalock which keep locking my out of my house so returned it and went with Nuki which snapped twice and never worked properly. I sent that back and had a ring and message them for a refund. I was promised calls back and they never rang, buy a decent lock and keep you key if you want to use Nuki, dont buy of these as its twice more expensive and you can rarely speak to support. Id never use these people again.

I have been using Brisant for about 8 years now. When ever there is a problem they sort it out. Steve always goes above and beyond to help a big company with the customer service and response of a local Busniess. Thanks again for helping me out today after a stressful day

Disappointed I ordered a spare key for my Ultion lock. After some faffing around, the key duly arrived, but it proved to be very stiff and almost impossible to get the key into the lock and to remove it. I wrote two emails, asking for advice about this probelm, but didn't have the courtesy of a reply or any acknowledgment at all. It is apparent that they are quite happy to sell you things and take your money, but when it comes to queries or any after-sales service, they are found wanting. As we are dealing with a security product, where after-sales support could be vitally important, my advice will be to use another company - I certainly will.
