The worst agency ever! Don't stay here and get distracted with the nice looking apartments! It's not worth it. Extremely poor insulation, continuous mould issues, sky high electricity bills! Rent increase within 4 months of moving ! The worst customer service experience and major delays on deposit returns ! Legally the deposit needs to be returned within 10 days of leaving the property. If they don't you can take this via complaints PRS or take to small court. We only got our deposit back due to threatening to take legal action! Extremely cold during the winter months, the electric heaters are useless. Taking into consideration of increased eletric bills, we didn't imagine having to pay 1200+ in them 5 months due it being so cold! Seriously guys, consider elsewhere or if this is your preferred location 1000% go with another lettings company as they also let apartments here!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS I rented a two bed flat for approx. 6 months last year. It has taken another 6 months for them to return my deposit, only after I went through TDA and the threat of legal action. No reason was given for withholding the deposit and tried over a hundred times to get in touch via phone, email and face to face. Greedy, nasty and spiteful women. Avoid at all costs.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS Left the Pavilion in 2019 and had a constant battle with these cowboys trying to get our deposit back. We were told in 2018 that AstroTurf would be laid outside The Pavilion when they had 3 consecutive dry days. Funny as had a nosey in 2022 and still no sign of it! For over 2 months hit with nothing but lies. Our accountant is at a nativity play been the best. We were firstly told we would get our deposit back 10 working days after tenancy end date, never did. Then claimed they never had our bank details, they did. Non stop calls, emails and office visits and still not getting anywhere. Visited the office one day to be told it would be in our bank account by that afternoon. When inevitably it wasnt I went to the office the next day and they claimed theyd never seen me before and didnt know who I was! I would beg anyone to avoid this place and this company at all costs unless you want nothing but hassle and lies.

AVOID! 2 rude ignorant women who will do anything to rip you off and keep your deposit. Go straight to a solicitor or go through the small claims instead of chasing these joke acts up. Tip to anyone whos struggling to get their deposit back after been sick of getting messed about, lied to & ignored.. block the car park off! Also be aware of them putting the prices up when ever they like.

AVOID AT ALL COST!!! Appalled and disgusted with Raspberry letting. Lived in the pavilion apartments for 2 years. Always paid rent on time and never made a fuss of anything. Moved out in December and have still not received my deposit back! After several emails sent with not a single response, I contacted TDS who raspberry letting advised my deposit was protected with. After speaking to TDS they confirmed that raspberry letting had actually deleted my policy and that my deposit was no longer protected!! Absolutely disgusted!! If anyone still living there reads this, please double check with TDS to see if your deposit is still protected!! I am now having to take legal action to recover my deposit. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!
