Recently purchased a mattress through Groupon and to say I'm miffed is an understatement. Mattress delivery was great, unpacked after a day once I had got rid of my old one. Tried to sleep on it but due to smelling like a damp cellar, I had to sleep on the couch, and then for a second night after airing it. Customer service instructed me to air for another 24 hours, and if it still smelt, they would replace. Where do I sleep during all this. And no packaging so they can refuse a refund. Disgusting standard of product and customer service.

Missing one base, now arrived, 5 days later!! now Missing one slider, one broke whilst pushing IN BY HAND and one bolt, bolt obtained from local hardware shop, I must advise, use washers when assembling headboard as screw head could come through, headboard wobbly when again the wall, (will need to find a fix for that) BUT bed does look nice, not the best built bed and definitely shorter than my previous king size bed, would I recommend this bed, that's debatable, each to their own, worth the money? No, should of been priced at least 75 lower, you get what you pay for, I'll leave it a year (if that) then upgrade to a proper bed and spend a good few hundred pounds more, definately will not buy from this seller, is this a honest review? It certainly is, One more thing, I rang. Amazon customer support, the nice chap rang the company regarding the missing base, he was told by Janet that the company had no details for me, funnily enough they had my email and phone number as I was receiving text messages and emails ,so that was complete bull, whilst that was happening, I messaged the company via chat, I was told that the base was misplaced, re arranged delivery for the following Monday, to which I received but missing couple of items ,one being a glider, and a bolt which I purchased from the local hardware store, still awaiting the glider but won't hold my breath, never again Edit, bed purchased through Amazon, I have the invoice! I have your address, so don't bother deny it, Janet was whom I was told by Amazon customer support and chat was with Sarah, I bet she don't exist either, what a shambles of a company trying to shift the blame, oh, thanks for the sliders, finally received after a week!

Really poor delivery experience and no one calls you back when promised. Also told I would get an email offering compensation but nothing received! Text message work delivery slot doesnt come until around 10pm at night so difficult to organise your day, not a problem if only one day but mine wasnt. Day 1 - base damaged so delivery cancelled. Text message received. Day 2 arranged for mattress to be delivered as sleeping on floor. Rearranged meetings to work from home. Day 2 - mattress arrived with email to say base would come on day 3. Rearranged meetings to work from home. Day 3 - nothing. Phoned office, it was an error, base would be coming day 4. Woman from office said I would get an email re compensation that day. No email! Rearranged meetings to work from home. Day 4 - text message to say base not arriving. Phoned office, no call back as promised. Another text saying base to be delivered next day. Rearranged meetings to work from home Day 5 - text to say not being delivered. Cancelled plans to be home Phoned the office, was told someone would call me back in 5 minutes. 1 hour later I called for an update. No news, someone would call back. 3 hours later no call. Phoned again, still no reason as to why no delivery. Manager would call back. 6 hours after original call I called again. Manager had left for the day! Day 6 - base finally arrived. No phone call from the office to check or to apologise! Dreadful service. Avoid!!
