Poor Customer Service. Sent an enquiry on Wednesday 10th of Feb 13:15 am. No reply that day. Rang them Thursday, spoke to a lady who said to send it directly to her 09:15 am. Chased again at 12:21, no answer. Rang them at 15:28, told would not quote me as I was a Stockholder ( Not a stockholder ) then he said he would not be able to offer, as his price would be to expensive and try a fab shop. WOW...You need to review your Vision and Mission Statement - To exceed customer expectations by continuous investment in people and technology, resulting in the highest quality, quick turnaround, one stop steel service. Disappointing.
