I attended the hospital for a treatment. Right from the start i was greeted well by a young man at the counter and offered to wear a mask. I then proceeded to the department I had to go to. the indications were easy to find. at the reception, i was well taken care of and invited to the hall where preliminary steps are taken, checking blood pressure, COVID test and changing into a gown for the procedure. I was then called and accompanied to the operation area. the doctor met me and explain everything about the procedure and made me comfortable. There were many risks when undergoing the procedure but the doctor inspired me and gave me the confidence and that is one very important first step. I was well taken care during the procedure and all went well. i was then moved to a recovery room until all checks were carried out and i was out of danger of any thing that could happen after the operation. I was moved back to the room where i initially entered. I was offered a cup of tea and some toasts which was needed as i was fasting before the operation. I should say that everyone who took care of me were excellent in their job and deserve a big clap for their dedication and professionalism.

Couldnt find boothroyd building however the service when we got there was exceptionally good, came for uti investigation and also picked up my mums knee X-ray referral, how amazing is that, speedy efficient and well looked after, many thanks
