        Absolutely shocking. Giving one star is being exceptionally kind. No delivery after 6 weeks of waiting, no correspondence and no answer on the telephone. Avoid at all costs.

        Do not order from here. I wish I could give zero stars. I ordered cleaning products which showed as in stock on 27 April 2020 and received my order confirmation email. A week later I hadnt heard or received anything so called the number which didnt ring and emailed about my order but heard nothing. Their email address on their PayPal account was different to their website and did not respond to my email so I raised a case with PayPal who had no response so 8 weeks later I have received a refund From PayPal. Terrible terrible terrible.

        We ordered garden tools from them 4 weeks ago but have not received any correspondence apart from automated original message when they took payment. Have attempted contacting them by their site phone, e-mail, & FB Messenger but no reply. Contacted Paypal to attempt resolution & contacted Trade Direct Paypal contact by e-mail. No reply. This is not how to conduct a business. Please refund my money.
