        Signed up for my windows cleaning. Had a txt to say they would be here next morning this was 3 weeks ago still waiting. No correspondence from them even from emails I have sent. Avoid

        I cant fault the window cleaning, the service was always great and they let themselves in and out of our back garden with no issues. However when I initially signed up, my direct debit was set up for 17 for a cleaning every 4 weeks, this was reduced after the first clean to 15 and the initial cleaner told me 17 was way too much for the size of my house but their Facebook quote and the cleaner told me it should have been about 11. I tried to query this with them by email and got no response, emailed again and was told they were waiting for an answer. Left them over a month to respond and still nothing, emailed again and no response. I have now cancelled my direct debit after overpaying for 9 months.

        Just had our 1st clean and OMG!!! Christopher has done a fantastic job!!! Very professional, friendly an attention to detail is superb. Thank you so much. Highly recommend this company...We have just moved into a new property and I didn't expect the windows to be so clean with the 1st wash..I'm thrilled to bits!
