My experience with HMC has been outstanding from start to finish. Im a tenant at a managed block of apartments in Manchester and, I had an issue with my thermostat last week, resulting in me not having any hot water. Having called my Lettings agent, I was put through to the out of hours team, who then passed me on to Hash at HMC, accordingly. He was incredibly helpful and had all the time for me during our phone call. He ran through a few things with me on the call, to better understand what the issue was. A day or so later I next heard from Kelly at HMC, confirming what time I would be in to have someone come and fix the issue. She was also incredibly friendly to deal with and I appreciated the notice given. Chris arrived and swiftly ascertained what the issue was, and quickly sought to fix this. He answered all the questions I had for him and was generally really approachable and friendly to deal with. The issue was part of a building-wide issue, and needed a part to be ordered and for my landlord to approve the job. The latter took a further couple of days or so. Within such time I had further dealt with both Hash and Kelly, both of whom were incredibly informative and reassuring, also. Finally I dealt with Steve, who arrived with the part and he managed to sort my hot water issue out. Again, Steve was nothing short of incredibly professional, friendly and really informative. Overall, and as above, I have to say that my experience with HMC has been outstanding. I wouldve probably been really quite frustrated over the last few days (having not had any hot water for nearly 1 week) but, this has been entirely compacted due to the amazing level of care and customer service shown by the 4 individuals Ive mentioned above (Hash, Kelly, Chris and Steve), at HMC. You are all an absolute asset to your company and I hope you are duly recognised for this. Thank you again! Services: Repair water fixtures, Plumbing services
