Great company to deal with. Beds are good quality and service was good. Prices are not the cheapest but for the quality of the beds, prices are fair and reasonable.

Please DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE! Sent me a faulty bed, also not the 1 advertised. So you will NOT get the bed they advertised in the picture. Infact youll get a smaller headboard & some pins/stitching hanging out of places & missing pins. But this WASNT classed as FAULTY ACCORDING TO THEM. When I complained (same day as delivery ) they refused to handle the issue in a decent manner, replying to me when asked to replace the headboard, how they aren't A charity case. Firstly, How insulting!! ESP coming from a business claiming to be helping you resolve the issue. Taking no account what so ever or attention to the FAULT & poor explanation to why I received a smaller headboard. Which by the way was The angle of the picture. Assuming hed then resolved the issue by demanding more money to replace the headboard. Demanding 150 but went down to 70 as I see the same bed advertised for way less than what Im having to pay now. However, just wanting my bed that I originally thought Id paid for, I Jus agreed, & This was arranged & I to pay the drivers upon arrival, But 3days prior to my headboard arriving, the unprofessional person that handles their Instagram page (lavish.sleep) messages me via Instagram at 11.30pm (they have my mobile number, but never ever made the effort to call me) to say they weren't able to go ahead with the delivery of the headboard Im meant to receive, and the reason to why was him now accusing me of threatening them & offering illegal substances as method of payment. Again, how so bloody insulting!! He felt his 2 big grown delivery men were at risk from me. I have saved all messages exchanged between us, & cctv footage in & around my home of everything taken place On the delivery day, which I will provide in court if needed. Easy exit for them to leave customers with faulty goods & without taking 0 responsibility after. & Through out this ordeal I asked to speak to a manager many times, this was never available for me, as they were always too busy. They have now blocked me from all means of contact. The managers was never available & youd be lucky to speak to anyone via phone. Wouldn't be surprised if the person was the manager as he was always coming out with unrealistic wait times. These people have NO MORALS. Far from professional. Do not waste youre time & money Ppls. Never have I experienced such appalling act, especially from a business. Disgusted to say the least.
