        Lorry drivers for this company are absolute bell ends. Intentionally blocking lanes for no reason. Refusing to move over. Absolute nobheads

        I reported one of their HGV's for dangerously tailgaiting me on the M62. I emailed Elite with a detailed report and was promised they would look into my complaint and would come back to me. Despite chasing them I've heard nothing back. A simple 'yes you were right, our driver got it wrong, and has been spoken to' would have meant this review wouldn't have been written. Their lack of response suggests they have a bad attitude towards complaints of poor driving and car drivers are viewed as a nuisance.

        Excellent company came out to me the very same day when I was in dia need of my car fixing. Lovely pleasant guy that came, father of the son who owes the business. Really grateful thank you so much for being so prompt and helping.

        Used this company for the first time yesterday, after being messed around by other haulage contractors. I called and spoke to a highly professional and attentive individual by the name of Sam in the office. We requested if they could accommodate a job at short notice, to which they agreed to do so. They provided a one hour time slot for arrival, to which they kept to, which was astonishing, considering the short notice they were working to. They also agreed to a further task whilst on site. The driver of the Tractor unit, who is named Johnny turned up in a 21 plated modern vehicle. He was courteous, had an excellent attitude and is a highly skilled driver particularly when it came to manoeuvring the vehicle and he could not do enough to accommodate the task that was required. So good to see such a professional young person. I am not surprised at all to see so many 5 star reviews about this company. They will be our first choice for any future work. Thank you to all of the Elite team, you certainly have a very fitting name, by being very elite in what you do!!!
