Poor rush job on a Friday. 2 fitters as soon as they arrived were questioning whether it was the only day it could be done as its Friday and they live X amount of miles away. Less than 2 weeks after having the door fitted I had work late, got home at 10.45 pm and when inserting key the lock barrel fell through the door. Had to call for a locksmith and sit on the doorstep until nearly 1am when they arrived. Cost me 120 to get in to my new 1300 door.. all because they didn't even bother to fit the screws which hold the lock in place. Contacted 1st glass to explain but was told someone else had to deal with it. I've had no correspondence from them regarding it despite them having all of my contact details, no apology, no offer to reimburse me for the cost of the locksmith etc. The squeaking of the door hinges when opening and closing is almost unbearable and again this is a brand new door. The handle feels loose to hold and operate. Over all I'm massively disappointed with the door, the fitters, the aftercare of which there has been zero. I couldn't possibly recommend them to anybody, which is a shame as it's a local company. I wish I had spent the extra money and gone with a larger more well known company Service: General door installation
