        I have been a tenant with Silks Estates for over two years and have never encountered any issues with them. I felt at home, and I appreciated how their staff combine professionalism with a strong sense of humanity. Every time I've contacted them about a problem, they've been exceptionally helpful and respectful. When we decided to relocate to a different area, they assisted with the transition. The deposit was returned to me within a week after my departure. They are without a doubt among the best in the city. I highly recommend them.

        You can rent if someone is stupid enough to be a guarantor thats it. Company policy. If like many others no one will be a guarantor then dont bother enquiring about a property. Or thats even if you work full time and not on benefits. Waste of time
