    I've recently been preparing for Jamila's She Lifts competition so booked 2 sessions with her so that she could take a look at my technique and help me progress with my deadlifts, squats and bench press. Within the space of 2 weeks, I've progressed so much with Jamila's help. I'm lifting more than I ever thought I was capable of, alhamdulillah. Her advice has been so helpful and she has taken care to reassure me when I was nervous about potentially injuring myself. Cannot recommend her PT services enough

    I was initially quite nervous stepping into the gym after an injury, not feeling confident and slightly scared of what was to come but Jamila couldnt have put me more at ease and was there with me every step of the way. Training with Jamila has been an amazing experience. It's not just about achieving a transformation. It's about lifestyle habits that will make the results long lasting. She was so particular in making sure I performed the exercise in the right technique to get the results that were intended; she made sure I worked hard and knew how far to push me. I would 100% recommend training with Jamila (pt). X

    Highly recommend Jamilas online pt sessions, she sets realistic and achievable goals. I learned to understand food better in terms of quality of the calories and some great home workouts. 25.3.23 - Absolutely amazing PT! I restarted my pt sessions and this time I learned a new set of techniques for home workouts using kettlebells. Jamila is very good at first teaching you the techniques and then setting goals which allow u to push yourself to achieve your best. Whilst working with Jamila and trusting the process i achieved goals that i thought i would not be able to achieve. Jamila has the qualities you would expect a pt to have, for example, she encourages you to maintain a healthy calorie deficit and not deprive yourself of foods that you enjoy. This not only allows you to loose the weight but it also helps keep it off. I would highly recommend Jamila for pt sessions and would definitely book her for future pt sessions.

    I booked a free consultation with Jamila and knew she would help me to achieve my goals. She is so knowledgeable and approachable. I went on to book her for block PT sessions. She set out an all encompassing plan for me including: macro goals, had me monitoring my water intake, increased fruit and veg, encouraged a regular sleep pattern. I had some downs (I have a notorious sweet tooth), but she helped me get back up and see everything in perspective. She encourages logging daily and will check in weekly with suggestions etc. I began changing the way I thought of food and meals became more exciting. Once I began my PT sessions with Jamila I felt empowered and was pleasantly surprised at what my body was capable of achieving. I really appreciated all her efforts in correcting technique and posture during exercises. I've also attended one of her walks that she regularly arranges. It was so well put together. The ladies I met were all so lovely and it really is aimed at all levels. I couldn't recommend her enough.
