        Fantastic customer service and wouldnt ever go anywhere else top class staff and superb assistants x the best friendly and loverly staff ,never had such quality service as i have in the batley ,Brown n Gold xx thanks stacey and your girls xx

        Great staff they always go well out of there way to help you when it's possible. Saved my life a fair few times so to speak.

        Absolutely can't fault these ladies working here, saved my backside when I had health problems and looked after me and my items in store with total consideration and respect. Ten out of ten for them, Brown and Gold are lucky to have such a team! October 2020 Yet again the team at Brown & Gold have demonstrated excellent professionalism and total respect for me while looking after my goods and me during this media fuelled circus of a pandemic! I recommend these three ladies for a promotion and a a wage rise as well, however I don't believe my review carries much weight with the management of Brown & Gold, nether the less Well Done Team!
