        Absolutely vile company, no respect for employees. Will do their very best to unlawfully withhold payments whenever they can get away with it. Company is run by an inept head office team that use bully tactics to strike fear into employees. Actively threaten employees whenever possible with no thoughts about personal wellbeing. Upper management are hired based on relationships with the head of stores rather than experience and skills. Actively rip off and fraudulently sign up consumers and businesses alike to maximise their own revenue. Wouldn't recommend this place to anybody that values their mental wellbeing.

        Disgusting, Morpeth Branch had 3 positive corona virus tests and they remain open, advisors finding out while at work they're positive and Talk Direct not shutting the store
