Unorganised and disinterested. We paid for a certain number of visits at specific times which was agreed from the outset - however the carers come whenever they want. Sometimes they dont turn up at all, and weve not once had an apology. Complete shambles! When you pay for a service thats so expensive to improve the quality of life for the ones you love, what Horizonz Care Ltd provide is completely unacceptable. Avoid at all costs
