    Rude behaviour from a member of staff after spending over 300 on cushions. I ordered cappuccino and we wanted one colour. When we collected them today I told the older guy there that these had two shades to them. He was like we nothing we can do about that. There was another nice member of staff who was apologetic and said even he didn't realise that they had different colours on them. The older guy could not even apologise or anything. Itsleft a butter taste in my mouth and I surely won't be returning to Baker Studio. Much more friendlier stores within Redbrick

    when you're charged 177 for rearranging a fitting date after following their own covid recomandations when you discover you have covid in you household it leaves a bitter taste in your mouth. To a point where you don't really care what the quality is like , when you're being ripped off , you're being ripped off !

    Ordered a sofa on Tuesday, perhaps an impulse purchase but realised after we got home that the dimensions arent going to work in our living space. Called Baker Studio the following day who are now being difficult over a 670 deposit and we have been told to wait until next week to find out if we will be refunded?? The goods arent in production (a day after ordering) so very concerned as to the operation of this business. Wouldnt recommend for this reason alone. Hoping the business sees sense otherwise theyll be defending a small claim in court! No disrespect to the staff working here but wed go elsewhere in future. AVOID. ****In reply to seller, we notified you less than 24 hours after after placing the order that we wished to cancel. Your terms (as pictured) do not exclude cancellations and the goods we ordered are not in production therefore you are being unreasonable in not refunding our deposit. Please refund our deposit ASAP.

    I never post reviews but feel compelled to on this occasion. My recommendation would be before buying anything from this company is to read the previous reviews and take heed which is what I wish I had done. I also would give it a zero star if possible. Customer service is non existent. It took 4 phone calls plus 4 emails before I received a response to my complaint. The nest of tables we purchased turned out to be significantly over priced compared to other retailers and I feel I have been totally ripped off. I will never set foot in the place again and recommend others don't either do your research as you may find the same products elsewhere at far more competitive prices and importantly from businesses that actually care that they have satisfied customers and deserve the business.

    I ordered two, 3-seater sofas and a footstool in August for delivery end of October, beginning of November. This was then annoyingly delayed until mid December. Two days before delivery they have phoned me up to tell me that a mistake has been made. They say they have only one sofa and the footstool. They happily tell me that they don't know who has made the mistake and that it will probably be February before the second sofa arrives. I have already paid for this furniture in full. I find it really annoying that the only person you can talk to is the person organising the deliveries. I reasonably ask them if they will provide a temporary sofa for my family to seat on over the Christmas holidays and yes you can guess the answer to that. So sorry we don't have any sofas. A big mistake ordering from this company. So before you order weigh up the negative reviews, I wish I had.
