    PAINFUL. Order was not fit for purpose. E-mails were not replied to. Numerous phone calls were made over the period of 10 days. None were answered. Eventually contact was made and item returned at my expense (no problem with that). No refund was made. Numerous phone calls un-answered again over the period of another 10 days. Highly, highly frustrating. Eventually contact was made, (again with lame excuses) and a refund promised. Four days later an arbitrary figure appeared in my bank account. After some more attempts to contact this 'company' I was told the 13.15 subtracted from my refund was a "ball park figure" for restocking! Pains me to award 1 star

    Ordered a simple mount over three weeks ago ,have had one phone called answered out of three and no reply by email.....owner promised mount when i called last week ....still nothing and no reply on the phone....poor service and customer care no existent....

    Ordered one mount on 19th July and paid 7.95 for postage (promised 5-10 days). It still hasn't arrived on Aug 3rd and no one answers the phone or replies to my email. It's now a few days later and having eventually got through by phone, the order has arrived. Well packaged and good quality.

    The product quality is great but the delivery and service are appalling. The email confirmation states 7-10 days for delivery, more like 7 weeks. The phone just rings when you call customer "service" and emails are not returned..... Stupidly I decided to give them another chance, order placed 16th April, now the 15th May and no sign.....
