Worst shop I have ever bought from. The customer service is appalling. They NEVER answer calls or texts and I have been waiting a further 3 months from the original delivery date for an order. I have heard nothing from the man working there. If he does ever answer my call, he is very rude and always has an excuse. NEVER BUY FROM THIS SHOP. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD.

Avoid !!!!!!!!!! Saw a sofa got told we needed to pay CASH !!!!! also told it was cheaper if we got our van !!!! Went and got a van and cash to get to the sofa to arrive back at the shop only 45 minutes later and it as been sold to someone else !!!!!!! Fuming isn't the word ! There a joke of a shop and deserve to be shut down only wanting cash so they don't have to declare there money. !!! Vile shop and even worse people !!!!!

The worst experience ever!! We went from London to Bradford because we were told, all the good bed shops were there. We were told on the phone to NOT shop here but we went against it and thought to give it a go. We ordered a bed on Saturday 21st, the owner said hed have a delivery company bring it to me within 3 days (Tuesday). The 3rd day came and I didnt hear anything. I gave him a Bly and waited another day (Wednesday) before contacting them. No answer. Finally got ahold on Thursday to be told that hes struggling to find a courier who will make the drive, but even if he found someone there would be no one to assemble the bed (a service weve paid for). We went back and forth all day, carried on to Friday for him to finally say they will deliver it on Saturday (7days later from purchase, 4 days after original delivery date). Low and behold the courier company was a van driver and one of the bed shop employees. Upon delivery, we called him several times to express our unhappiness but no answer. We deducted 50 from the remaining balance due to all the inconveniences only to receive a text filled with curses, followed by a phone call of more curses and no apology for delays and lack of communication. Nevertheless, we sent the remaining 50. Its a shame because we really did try to give him the benefit of the doubt considering this current economical crisis but some people you just cannot help them.
