Really unprofessional and quite rude and yet you've got the cheek to steal my money going back and forth between takeaway and the company that manages their website if you've closed then switch your machine off and update you open and closing times so people don't lose there money they say they've cancelled it but on there website it stays their processing the order will be reporting to trading standards

I am unable to remove my previous review on the just eat app, however my frustration was aimed more at just eat as they were very unhelpful. But Francos pizza has been very helpful and has provided me with a free meal as a goodwill gesture.

Can't rate better as delivery is now 30mins late. Tried ringing, 3 times just answerphone picks up, eventually spoke to someone to be told would ask his manager then hung up. Now just answer phone again

1st visit - February 2023- 11/10: super 2nd visit - march 2023 - 1 /10: dire 2nd visit No owner this time, do very different experience earthy to sky. The cook with poor English Refused to honour 15% collection discount on menu. One warm can not one cold bottle with the family box . 2 of 6 pieces big but not cooked as his as before. One was quarter of size and all bone, no meat! Very overcooked and dry meat. Half the chips to before and not cooked good as before. Poor service. Didn't wash hands after handling the cash and to touch the frozen chicken pieces into the deep fryer. If this was my experience 1st visit i'hd given this place one star & not come back again. Left very bad taste. I'm still hungry. 1st visit: Well I must say I didn't expect my experience to be as so reading the newest reviews all delivery orders being very negative on the time of delivery but also the food quality. Well I'm afraid my experience was fast most positive and more than above average to fast the least 15% of for collection order. But no credit card. Cash only. I ordered the 6 piece chicken and chips with drink The place is very clean as if just opened. It showed that are very genuine to keep nice clean place .I saw perfect food hygiene practice by all staff . The chips are freshly fried in oil I can see was fresh. Most generous large portion chips more than satisfactory for anyone The chicken pieces that do not batter but I saw in frozen pack. They were slightly oily but 4 of the 6 breast pieces were very very large and very meaty. Very tender and cooked properly . One breast other was more bike than meat,( that's typical in any takeaway one week be like this at least) and one was a skinny leg piece. I'm not into leg I'm not a breast person ( excuse the pun not intended!). Very humble service. I'll try their pizza next time and see if it is below par as the newest complain about the quality of the pizza/. Calazone is justified or not. They should try to get some exercise and come to collect them moan about delivery time.
