Dreadful experience. Several delays to delivery date, no communication. No reply to emails. Wrong product loaded on day of delivery with no explanation. Still waiting for my order. I think I may have to cancel although I worry about whether they would have the ability to refund me my money. The fact that I have received no communication and they do not reply to my messages makes me wonder if they a company in serious trouble?

Terrible delays, worse than any other furniture company I've bought from this year. Ordered in July, hoping for cat shelves for Xmas. They've now been delayed a second time until January! They try to put the onus back on the customer by saying delays are because they're sustainably made (so you should put up with them if you are keen on sustainable practices). Infuriating
