I had Chloe dealing with a sale and Purchase. I would highly recommend her, she was absolutely fantastic. Any questions I had were answered promptly. She made any of my worries disappear. I will be recommending her to any of my friends moving house

My brother & I used Brearley's for a probate sale of a property. They had been used by our relative to purchase the property only a few years ago, so we thought that was a good recommendation, plus the quote was lower than the others we'd received. Communication was difficult from the start of the sale process to the end. The combination of Brearley's and the buyer's solicitor almost derailed the deal entirely & only the estate agent's intervention saved the day. If money is tight for you, then they may be a viable option, but be prepared to put the effort in to keep the process moving along. You'll also need to research the selling / buying process; don't just take their word as being correct. If I have to sell another property, this experience has put me off using a solicitor - I'd be prepared to have a go myself.

Cant thank Aneeka and Tracy enough! Ive been impatient due to wanting to miss the stamp duty deadline and they both updated when I asked. Great service and Id happily recommend. Reading the lower marked reviews - I think some people need to understand that you wont be the only people that the company/solicitor deal with and therefore a reply within 24 hours is more than respectable during demanding times.
