New Image Hair and Tanning salon

Went here for the first time. The hairdressers, Simone and the owner (forgot her name!) were working. They both were so welcoming, kind, and lovely. They gave me some really good after care hair advice and didn't even try to sell me their own products like many other salons have done in the past! They just wanted to give me advice without any motive! Loved it here! This is now my official new hairdressers!

I haven't been to a hairdresser for years as my best friend normally does my hair. I decided to treat myself and popped in on Wednesday. I spoke to a lovely lady with red and blonde hair. Explained what I would like and she told me what they would do. I asked the price and she said 83.50. I thought that was reasonable and was sooo looking forward to having my hair done. My appointment was at 10.30 this morning. I arrived early and the lady got me in the chair, started chatting, as you do, and then she asked the other woman what would be best. These 2 women were different to the lady I saw on Wednesday who did a dye test behind my ear and booked me in. Well I was heartbroken!! The other woman proceeded to tell me I had to have my hair done another way and it would 'cost a lot more' than the 83.50 I was quoted. She then told me if I don't have it done the way she said she refused to even do my hair. I left and was very upset. There was no customer service and she was rude. After she had spoken to me like that I realised I wouldn't want them doing my hair if that was there attitude. I will never go back there and I hope others won't either. When you go to a hairdressers you're ment to come out feeling good. Not here I came out upset and they didn't care. Never again!!!
