So where to start I went in to get a suit altered and it was botched badly. I was overcharged and refused a refund the owner was rude and threatening. This makes me not want to use this local business as at least high street chains honour their word.
The worst part was not the fact I was refused a refund or another altering for free but the owners attitude, it was unprofessional.
I would recommend you stay away if you want anything tailored. I put off doing this review as I was actually quite upset at the ordeal and wish to put it behind me but I would like to at least warn budding new customers what you may face.
