Sofa Kingdom

Horrible owner disgusting service. They promised to deliver our bed but they kept delaying. We have been ringing them they never picked phone when we went there the owner spoke so rudely. I asked for refund as bed was not delivered on time and we needed it badly. He said he is not giving us a penny.Im so disappointed and disgusted never gona go back to this shop again and will not recommend. Bycot this rude behaviour.

These guys are running a system to scam innocent people, dont expected ANY quality customer service nor products from these guys. All the positive reviews on here are from themselves to make it look good. Avoid at all costs, you will lose money

I went to the shop and selected brown leather sofas and I chose 3+2 seater for 600. When I discussed with the salesman about the delivery he also said he would fit the new ones and dispose the old ones and would charge 10 for each sofa which was fine. We paid him 100 for deposit. On the day of delivery, 2 of the workers came and placed the sofas in the middle of the hallway and left without unpacking and taking the old sofas back. I was highly disappointed with this and went straight to the shop to speak to the salesmen and owner. I was frustrated at the fact that they had just left them inside without unpacking and taking the sofas. The salesman was rude, unprofessional and totally disrespectful to me and my father who is ill. We then asked to speak to the owner Wajid who said he was not originally willing to deliver indoors due to Covid-19 but the salesman offered this as good will gesture which he failed to mention on the initial deal. Wajid then said he cannot collect the old sofas as he has issues with dropping them off to the council and there is a lot of hassle with this. Me and my father said thats fine you dont need to so long as you unpack the new sofas and fit them on we will get rid of the old ones. But its not fair that you have just left them there!! He said he would send his workers within 10-15 mins. We were waiting at home for an hour and nobody turned up and there was no sign of the workers coming. I tried calling the numbers on the website and they were not in use. We then had to remove the old sofas and unpack the new sofas and fit them ourselves. The workers then turned up shortly after to say they were here to unpack, we told them we had already done this. Overall I just want to say Ive never experienced such horrible, disgusting and pathetic customer service from anyone and these people are Asian so you would imagine they would be sincere. They say one thing and the next day they say another. I would not recommend these to anyone. Please be careful when you go to this shop as I would not recommend purchasing from these people. My father spoke to them calmly and illustrated the issues and the guy was just shouting and causing a scene and was disrespectful to my father who is 69 years old and suffers from leukaemia.
