        I recently purchased a marble fireplace and balanced flue gas fire from Qasims and would recommend them to anyone. I visited a number of retailers before I decided on Qasims, the reason I chose Qasims was that both Qasim and his wife were very friendly, knowledgeable, provided honest advice without any pressure to purchase and were also very competitive on price! Qasim took his time in designing the surround to our exact specification and was accommodating when we had to make a few changes due to the measurements. I found the whole team to be super professional and friendly from Qasim and his wife to the delivery men and the fitter Sajad was top notch. I am a Trading Standards Officer by profession so trust me if Qasim has passed by 'customer service test' you will have absolutely no problems!
